Week of November 14-18th

We are enjoying learning about place value in math, force and motion in science and citizenship/government in social studies. As stated before, I try to post what we are doing in class on Class Dojo. Hopefully, you are following those posts and you can see what we are doing.

Thanks to all of you who have returned the yellow Impact Aid form that was sent home last week. Please return the form by Wednesday if you have not already done so. Also, remember to view, sign and return the entire packet of graded papers when they are sent home.

We are in need of restaurant menus and old/gently used cook books. If you have some around the house that you would like to donate to the class, please send them in with your child. The items will be greatly appreciated.

Some students still do not have headphones. Please ask your child if he/she has headphones at school. If not, please send some. The headphones are used daily in class and when we have computer lab for related arts. If you have any questions about the headphones, please let me know.

Does your son/daughter participate in any extra curricular activities? If so, please let me know the event details and I will do my best to attend. It is now my busy season with my oldest son playing college and youngest playing high school basketball. However, I would like to support my students at games, recitals, etc. whenever possible. Just let me know.
