Week of December 11-15th

This week we will learn how the holidays are celebrated in various parts of the world. The students will "travel around the world" (other second grade classes) to learn about holiday traditions in a particular area. When our travel is complete, students will have a stamped passport and other information in their suitcase about the countries they visited. Look for their suitcases to come home on Friday to see where they have been and what they learned.

Thursday, we will have holiday jewelry shopping on campus. Most items will be $5. You may send money with your child and he/she will have the opportunity to shop.
