Week of March 6-10th

The students did a much better job with their vocabulary homework this week. Most of the assignments were turned in with the work in the sleeve of the tic-tac-toe sheet. Thank you for your assistance in helping your child. I am placing the vocabulary words under the story just in case the students forget to write them down.

I will be out at a conference on Thursday. A substitute teacher will be in with Ms. McCloud. Please remind your child to be on his/her best behavior while I am away from school.

~From Ms. McCloud
Next week we will continue to strengthen our questioning skills. We will use pictures to make predictions and question what it is we think is happening in the story.
