We are on our last few days of school. Please remember there is NO SCHOOL, Monday, May 29th as we observe Memorial Day. Classes will resume Tuesday, May 30th.
Tuesday is Award's Day for grades 2-4 beginning at 9am. Students will be recognized for Perfect Attendance, Honor Roll and Related Arts Awards. Also on Tuesday, students may bring in their favorite board game or card game, ex. Sorry, Chutes and Ladders, Uno, Old Maid, etc. (Please do not allow your child to bring any electronic game.)
On Wednesday, we will dismiss at 11:30am and there is NO Boys and Girls Club. Students may bring in their favorite puzzle. Thursday is the last day of school, we will dismiss at 11:30am and there is NO Boys and Girls Club. Students may bring in their favorite game to play on that day. Do not worry if you do not have any games/cards/puzzles at home or if you forget. I have plenty at school for students who do not bring anything.
Thank you for allowing me to teach your child this year. It has truly been an awesome year with the students growing socially and academically. Congratulations to you for a job well done. I am going to miss this class. Before you know it, the summer will be over and they will be passing me down the hall going to their third grade class.
