Week of October 1-5th

We had a great visit to the library on Tuesday. The students enjoyed the puppet show, story time, as well as exploring the library. If you have not been to the main branch on Assembly Street, you should go! The Children's Room is a wonderful experience since they remodeled and has a lot to offer. Click here to view the website and see the scheduled events.

Thanks to all of you who came out for conferences last week. If you were not able to schedule a conference, please email me and we will find a time that is suitable for both of our schedules.

Say Cheese! Picture day is Friday! Because this photo will be used for the yearbook, each student will be photographed. If you are making a purchase, please provide the correct amount in the envelope that was sent home with your child. (We are unable to make change.)

In the event that your child does not write down his/her vocabulary words, you may find the words highlighted in the story for the week. (The words are also in the short selection before the story.) Vocabulary tic-tac-toe is usually due on Thursdays. Please let me know if you have any questions.
