Thanks to all of you who attended the Sweetheart Breakfast on Friday. I know your child was happy to have you at school, eating breakfast with him/her.

We had a great time this week learning about different shapes in math, making weather tools in science, making advertisements in social studies and learning about persuasive writing and quotation marks in reading. Valentine's Day is approaching. We will not have a class celebration; however, if you would like to send cards to exchange you may. If you choose to send cards, please send one for each student in the class. (There are 20 students, 12 girls and 8 boys, and 2 teachers in the class.)
